Tenants and Guests

1) The owner(s) shall have the responsibility to acquaint their tenants and guests with the Rules and Regulations of the Association.

2) For the purpose of these Rules and Regulations, a tenant shall be defined as anyone in possession of an owner's unit in exchange for any sort of consideration, or with the permission of the owner(s).

3) Penalties for violations will be assessed against the owner even though the infraction was committed by a tenant or guest.

4) Owners of rented or leased units relinquish the use of the Association's amenities.

5) All lease, tenant or roommate agreements cannot be less than 30 days in duration.
6) Homeowners are required to complete and provide the Tenant Information Declaration form to management within 5 days of their tenant moving into the community.
