Parking Rules
There are three main rules for resident parking at Stoney Pointe:
1) Your garage is primarily for parking your vehicles, not storage. You must use your garage for parking two vehicles before you will be allowed to use long term overnight general parking.
2) Long term parking outside of your garage requires a permit.
3) Do not park on any curb as they are all fire lanes.
Violations of parking rules can result in towing or fines.
