The following is the process for review of exterior architectural changes except for door hardware changes. See this page for door hardware change application.

  1. Determine what you want to do and get plans together to properly convey this information to the architectural committee.

  2. Fill out and mail the Architectural Change Review Form along with appropriate supporting documents and drawings the Stoney Pointe Property Manager along with the required deposit.

  3. The architectural committee will review your application. Review of this form can take 4-6 weeks so please incorporate this into your remodeling timeline.

  4. The committee, could approve as submitted, approve based on recommended changes, reject for more information, or outright deny the request if not allowed by the CC&Rs.

  5. Once you get approval, you can proceed with the work. City permits also require that you have HOA approval prior to them allowing the work to proceed.

  6. After work is completed and copies of signed off final permits are available, send the NOC (Notice Of Completion) and the signed-off city building permits to management.

  7. The architectural committee will sign off based on completed information being supplied and that work was done properly and followed the application.

  8. Your deposit will be returned if the NOC is approved. If not approved, you would be instructed as to what further information or work may be needed.
