Guest Parking

Stoney Pointe guests are welcome to park in any marked parking spot.   

For your safety and convenience please avoid parking on Bear Brand Road.  If you happen to be visiting in a camper/RV then you will need to park on Bear Brand Road. 

Important Guest Parking Tips:

1) Do not parallel park on any curb or in front of a garage or driveway or else you may get towed.  All curbs are designated as fire lanes. Only park in a marked parking spot or in your host's driveway. 

2) Staying overnight?  Guests may park their vehicles up to 7 nights in a month. 

3) All the parking rules that apply to our resident vehicles also apply to guest vehicles.  Please review our parking rules document to become familiar with these restrictions. Go ahead and read it, it's only two pages!
