Pool/Spa Rules

CAUTION!!! NO LIFEGUARD IS EVER PRESENT. SWIM SAFELY!!!

1. Pool usage is restricted to resident homeowners, lessees and on premise guests. Guests must be accompanied by the homeowner or lessee. Loan of pool key is prohibited.

2. Pool/spa hours are 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.

3. California State Law requires that the pool area gates be locked at all times.

4. California State Law prohibits the use of the pool or spa by anyone under 14 years of age without supervision by a parent or a legal guardian over 18 years of age.

5. No glass containers in pool area.

6. Swim suits only must be worn in the pool and spa.

7. No animals in pool area. (County Health Regulation)

8. No jumping or diving into pool or spa. No running in pool area.

9. No playing with safety equipment.

10. Personal articles and trash must be removed upon departure.

11. No radios, stereos or unnecessary noise is allowed.

12. Owners will be responsible for their guests, lessees, or other non-owner users.

13. No skateboards, bicycles, surfboards, roller-skates or other wheeled equipment allowed in pool area.

14. Smoking is prohibited inside the fenced pool and spa area.


***Pool temperature will range between 78-82 degrees when heated (April through October).

***Spa temperature will range between 102-104 degrees when heated.

Additional Rules
Please use showers before pool or spa use.

Please report all serious infractions to the Management Company.

Cost to replace pool key is $100.00 per key.
