Garage Parking
One of the most important rules at Stoney Pointe is that you must park your vehicles in your garage. Every unit is blessed with an attached two-car garage and the rules require you to use it primarily for parking your vehicle(s), not just for storage. This rule keeps Stoney Pointe's parking areas open and available for guest parking even on the busiest days.
If you have a big truck or other large vehicle that just won't fit in a Stoney Pointe garage then you can ask the Board for a parking waiver for one and only one vehicle (there is no guarantee that you will get the waiver). If you own multiple long-bed, crew-cab trucks then Stoney Pointe is probably not the place for you.
The key question for many new or potential residents is will my vehicle(s) fit? Use the guide below to make a preliminary determination. This is for estimating purposes only. The only way to know for sure is to park your actual vehicles in the garage.
