1) No more than two (2) normal household pets may be kept in or upon residential unit lots (i.e .. one dog, one cat, or two dogs or two cats).

2) Dogs or cats are not allowed to be unattended in the common area. All dogs must be maintained on a leash when off the owner's property.

3) Excessive dog barking or other animal noise will be deemed a nuisance.

4) Each homeowner will be held responsible for damage to the common areas due to his/her pet(s). In addition, each homeowner will be responsible for any damage to the property of another due to his/her pet(s).

5) Each homeowner is responsible for removing defecation of the dog, cat or other animal from the Association's common area or a neighbor's property.

6) The Association shall have the right to prohibit housing any animal, which constitutes a nuisance as determined by the Board of Directors (CC&R's, Article VII, Section 8 .. 2).
