HOA Overview
Stoney Pointe is managed by two HOAs:
1) Stoney Pointe at Bear Brand HOA: This is the primary HOA responsible for governance and maintenance responsibilities (as defined in the CC&Rs) for those items within the walls of the complex.
2) Bear Brand at Laguna Niguel HOA: This is the "Master" HOA that is responsible for maintenance of most Bear Brand community slopes and Bear Brand monuments.
