The Board of Directors encourages all current or prospective residents/owners of the Stoney Pointe to carefully read and understand our rules & regulations and governing documents. Do this before you decide to buy or rent in Stoney Pointe to make certain that they do not conflict with your lifestyle or expectations.

We sincerely want all residents to live in harmony but we are cognizant that condominium living is not for everyone.  While condominium living offers many advantages, it also has many restrictions.  History has shown that many problems that arise are a result of residents being unaware of these restrictions.
