1) Homeowners or residents are prohibited from destroying, removing, or altering the landscaping in the common area, regardless of the condition of the plantings. Please notify the management company with all questions, regarding the condition of the landscaping so an inspection and corrective work can be scheduled with the contractor.
2) Littering of the common area is not permitted.
3) Skateboards, roller blades and any other forms of wheeled toy or vehicles are prohibited on the premises.
4) Portable basketball backboards or other sports equipment are not allowed.
5) No outside installation of any type, including but not limited to clotheslines or hanging laundry, shall be on any residence.
6) No loud noises, horn, whistles, bells or other sound devices, except security devices used exclusively to protect the residence and its contents are permitted in the properties.
7) Holiday lights and decorations are allowed to be placed on your unit. No lights or decorations are permitted on the roof, exterior of the second story eaves or in the landscaping (shrubs, bushes, etc.). Holiday lights and decorations should be up no longer than Thanksgiving to January 5. Lights and decorations up after that period may be removed by the Association at the owner's expense.
8) Trash containers shall not be exposed to the view of neighboring units except when such containers are placed at curbside for weekly trash collection. TRASH CONTAINERS may not be at curbside in excess of twenty-four (24) hours, before and after scheduled trash collection hours. Trash containers must be stored within garage and may not be placed at curb for pick-up before 8:00 PM the day preceding pick up. (CC&R's, Article I, Section 1.44)
9) Commercial car wash vendors are prohibited from operating anywhere in the Common Area. Residents/homeowners must arrange to have these services performed outside of Stoney Pointe.(CC&R's, Article VII, Section 8.8)
