Signs
1. With the exception of real estate signs, no sign, poster, billboard, advertising device or other display shall be displayed on the properties
2. Only real estate "For Sale, Lease or Rent" signs may be displayed. Only ONE sign is permitted per dwelling unit.
3. For Sale Signs shall be purchased at RESS (949-855-1355) by the realtor.
4. Signs other than Association approved signs will be removed from the property.
NOTE: ALL SIGNS MUST CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF ALL APPLICABLE GOVERNMENTAL ORDINANCES.
